The magic of the Wicking Stay-Dry Layer!
Look how quickly the wicking weave transfers the moisture down to the lower layers where it is immediately absorbed. The surface is designed to offers fast Dry-feel comfort and is then ready to catch more.
Wicking fabric was originally designed for high performance athletes, to remove sweat from next to the skin, releasing it quickly into the air to keep them comfortable over an extended time.
How to fit the pads to the panties
Our front poppa adds stability as you move throughout your day.
1) Place the pad inside the panty, with floral side facing the front.
2) Lower the pad to clip the poppas together for directional support.
3) Fold the under flap below the crutch.
4) Clip the top Poppas on the furthest bottom ones to create a firm fit.
For first-timers ….
If this is your first time wearing a reusable pad then we suggest you try it out a few days before your menstruation date begins.
Many find the initial feeling a little strange and unfamiliar, yet after wearing them for 10 minutes your body will adapt to the new sensation, they become comfortable and you forget you are wearing them.
You can usually change pads every 6 to 8 hours. When you wear them during your period they will start to feel a little baggy when fluid builds up - then its time to change them for a fresh pad.
Dry Bag on the go
Use the waterproof dry bag to carry a spare pad when you are out and about.
Swap it for a used one and continue with your day.
1) Place wicking side up.
Fold and carry discretely
The medium and heavy flow pads have a double set of poppas to prevent sliding - especially when holding flow.
The poppas at the centre usually position the pad tightly at the crutch.
The outer poppas are used to close the used pad for carrying discretely.
2) Bend left side over middle.
3) Bend right on top.
4) Bend flap with 4 poppas on top.
5) Bend remaining flap to close on end poppas - then pop in a dry bag.
Washing the pads
Rinse lightly using water in a container or running water
Then soak for 10 minutes before placing in the washing machine.
Soaking activates osmosis, liberating foreign particles from the fabric to make final wash quick and hygienic.
Do not soak for more than 2 days to prevent mildew forming on the cotton.
Store in a dry place till used the next month.
Wash Bag for machine wash
Place pads in washbag then press clip to close bag securely to separate them from your other washing and to protect them for long lasting wear.
Hanger for quick drying
Drip dry and aerate pads by clipping the top poppa to one on the hanger.

When to use washable pads, or …
Wearing pads is both an emotional and hygienic issue so choose a way to use them that best suits your lifestyle.
Emotional focus
Experiment and make your own rules so that you feel in control of your comfort and are free to engage in your day.
Hygienic focus
Our pads absorbent layer is non-allergenic due to the anti-microbial internal silver ions infused to help control odor, create long lasting freshness and inhibit bacterial growth. It is super absorbent yet its complex 3D weave holds the fluid well.
However, do not use washable pads if the water in your area is infected as washing will not be able to cleanse them.
