Design your own 6 Voices Inclusive Innovation Workout
Below is a range of approaches to help you navigate the different communication styles of a diverse group. Teams are most productive and successful when they can work together in trust and build speed and creative flow. While the different cultures and generations enrich the final outcome, they often call for a mindful way for us to use our voice in a diverse group.
Start the discussion by identifying what knowledge and experience each person brings to group and acknowledge how they prefer to communicate. After this, work through each of the options below the infographic, applying them to dilemmas you currently experience.
Consider each point and discuss its relevance to you, and then identify how it could apply to your own situation and environment.
Each person should record at least 2 of the 6 examples that they think are significant and could apply in context and time to them.
When you are done, send us your logo and a selection of comments for each voice as your people find relevant.
We will then redesign the infographic with your adaptions and logo, then send you a PDF so you can print your own collaborative solution workout.
